Sex with your husband should be about clearing your mind of all that crap. Certainly you can--and probably should--dress in something pretty and feminine. Something with lace, perhaps. Men as you know are so visual.

Who mentioned porn?

Sex cards aren't porn?
I guess I was imagining the card using very basic stick figures or a written description, not being titilating in itself. The whole play-inside-of-sex-thing, I'm reluctant to moralize about - but now that you mention it, I do not know what these cards look like, so I can't say they're good or bad.

I can only speak for my own marriage, but that was one beauty of not using birth control. Lace nightie or not, to my mind there's no using involved when both are willing to give freely to the other.

You see what I'm saying though right? Elle illustrated that there are people who believe that making choices to revel in the joy of sex's goods are bad choices.

The pursuit of pleasure within sex is not bad.

That's why I concurred about Jansenism.

No, it's not bad at all and I've spoken up about how that had a negative effect on good Catholic marriages for centuries as well.

Unfortunately, now we live in the age of "50 Shade of Grey" and all kinds of distortions and perversions of "pleasure" seem normal to many people now.

Chastity is a means between two extremes.
