I never thought I would appreciate hearing the words "be creative" coming from the Holy Father, but there you have it. Strange times.

How many times do we need to go over this...

Not only that, but the SSPX is not in Front Royal, that's a former SSPX-friendly priest (and a few companions) that's gone full-on Sedevacantist and associated himself with Msgr Williamson, and claims that the faithful sin if they got to the SSPX. So, it's not the SSPX.

After that split, the SSPX bought an old chapel near Largo, Maryland. So not even the same diocese!

Double facepalm.

So why would we have military chaplains provide last rites on the battlefield?  How silly of them.  Didn't they know that preserving their own life is a Christian duty?

Guess we won't be needing them anymore...

No.

In response to his personal cowardice and lack of faith.

On Twitter today, Catholic author Eric Sammons found thirty U.S. bishops have banned the clergy in their diocese from hearing confessions.
Similarly, many U.S. dioceses have halted confirmation, baptism, and even anointing of the sick.
Bishop Mitchell Rozanski of Springfield, Massachusetts has suspended anointing of the sick and last rites, for the sake of social distancing.
In Detroit, under Abp. Allen Vigneron, the archdiocese issued guidelines on March 23 suspending the sacrament of baptism. https://www.churchmilitant.com/news/arti...confession
