I Just Had A Rosa Parks Moment
#1
I went to my doctor's appointment today and there were 4 or 5 people lined up to put masks on everyone.

I said I have a medical condition and can't wear one.  The first two people backed off.  The third and fourth said I had to or they would call security.  I said fine.

I said that breathing in carbon dioxide could make me pass out.  I said that refusing to give me medical care is discriminatory since I have a medical reason not to wear one.  They said I was causing danger to everyone including themselves.  I said that if you are wearing a mask you should be safe then.

I demanded to speak to my doctor and went to their office.  They gave me the same runaround and I asked if they would like to deal with me passing out on the floor and hitting my head?  Because if that happens I will sue this facility.  I said Faucci said masks are no longer needed.  I said why is this even necessary for a disease that has a 99.9% survival rate?  That's anti-science.

They argued and I refused and they had security escort me out.  LOL :P

I'm finished with doctors.  I may just taper off my meds and see how it goes.  Or I might find some naturopaths that can help.

Mainly I'll just continue with keto, red light therapy and try, somehow, to get some exercise.

When I went in the hospital a month ago they didn't help me at all and put me in the covid ward when I had no covid symptoms.

Did you see the nurses' testimonies that they are killing people in the hospitals by putting non-covid patients in with covid and by traching people unnecessarily?

I'm done with doctors.

I'll just lead a natural life and endure a natural death.

Thanks for the heads up, SHL.

I'll be heading to the doctor the week after next, and I'll repeat everything you said.

That's pretty epic, SHL. One day we'll erect a statue of you to sit in every doctor's waiting room in America. ;)

For people who are usually considered to be the smartest, most important people in our society, the medical community is proving to be anti-scientific indeed. I haven't been to the doctor in over 5 years. It just seems pointless since I'm blessed with good health and take care of myself. I dread the day I need to be at their mercy.

Thanks for the support.

This may not be the route for everyone, but I've decided to quit insurance and go naturopathic out of pocket instead and not even rely on them for much.  They can prescribe meds if needed.

If I end up in the hospital for anything (although most things I'd just rather endure and die from at home) I'll just have to make a payment plan.

Recently have come to similar conclusion. Medicines generally disagree with me — i switched docs from an internist who kept pressuring me to take medicines that made me sick, to an osteopathic doctor, and she was ok for a while, but just wanted me to take something that i told her i cannot take. As soon as I turned 50 alllllll the tests are recommended... No! I’m generally in good health and there’s no reason to think i need any of them. I’ve had my breasts “followed” for years - annual mammograms since I was 27,
and nothing is ever found. No more! I’ll be 60 in 2 years — if i get something, so be it. I’ve watched too many people suffer wretchedly from chemo etc and live out their last months being sicker than they had to be and then just dying anyway. I've been taking very good care of myself and the most recent issues have resolved without medicine. I’ll accept emergency help for broken bones, concussion, heart attack, getting mangled in a car accident, etc. should any of those things happen, but no more “preventative healthcare,” checkups, routine tests, and so on.

People got along for millennia without allopathic medicines and plenty of people lived nice long lives.  There's certainly nothing wrong with a bit of "juche" as they say in North Korea- -"self reliance". God provides and we've all got plenty of herbal meds, folk remedies, OTC stuff and our minds.
Walk before God in simplicity, and not in subtleties of the mind. Simplicity brings faith; but subtle and intricate speculations bring conceit; and conceit brings withdrawal from God. -Saint Isaac of Syria, Directions on Spiritual Training

"It is impossible in human terms to exaggerate the importance of being in a church or chapel before the Blessed Sacrament as often and for as long as our duties and state of life allow. I very seldom repeat what I say. Let me repeat this sentence. It is impossible in human language to exaggerate the importance of being in a chapel or church before the Blessed Sacrament as often and for as long as our duties and state of life allow. That sentence is the talisman of the highest sanctity. "Father John Hardon

That makes a great deal of sense.

The year my father died was the year I discovered I was diabetic. The clinic-employed nutritionists tasked with 'teaching' me how to eat spoke of counting carbs and nothing more--a four-inch square of frosted cake was just as good for me as a sweet potato. (I knew better.)

I spent years learning a few other things: that a person with a chronic illness needed real vitamins and minerals; they weren't optional any more, and synthetics were as dangerous as poison. That complex carbohydrates were good for me, and that there were ways to remove simple starches without resorting to fake foods. I rediscovered sourdough (I had been raised on it) and real fruits, and found I could eat raw honey and maple syrup--I eat better now than I ever have and it's all wonderful. I don't need 'insulin' or drugs, even on my worst days, and I'm beginning to think I never will.

Start by looking up your symptoms and go from there. Key words include 'vitamin', 'amino acid', and 'mineral'. PM me if you like--I was clueless once myself and I'm happy to help.

SHL,
I'm sorry to hear of the display of foolishness at the doctor's office. Our family dentist's office has my wife fill out a questionaire regarding whichever of the children's health. We park at the lot in front of the door, call them, and they send someone out garbed as if for plague. He's a good dentist, but this stuff has to end.

My doctor retired a couple years ago, in his mid-eighties, due to back issues. Haven't found a replacement yet. Might not try very hard at all to find one.

Just a silly question on my part: what's red light therapy? Is that when you rage at the timing of it, or the drivers trying to slip past it? ;)

In all seriousness, the mask stuff: sheesh! I have apnea and allergies. It's enough breathing without one. Considering the size of the virus versus the average N95 mask, it's tantamount to the silly cloth masks, worth nothing in terms of prophylaxis.
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most precious blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said Throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in Purgatory. Amen.

Red light therapy and Keto reversed my fatty liver.

Red light therapy can cure diabetes all together, as can fasting.  They can cure PCOS, arthritis, eyesight loss, cancer, thyroid disease, and almost everything else.

How?  They work on the mitochondrial level of cells and clean them out and repair them so they work as they were meant to.

I have a brain disease that I'm trying to figure out what to do about.  Red light therapy can help with traumatic head injury patients but it's expensive to get the product they use that goes up the nose.  I use cheap substitutes from Amazon that have the exact same lumens as the more expensive products for thyroid and colitis.

Fasting is the king of all cures because it causes autophagy.

The main thing I need help with is going for walks.  I can walk long distances fine, but when I stop I'm very dizzy like I'm drunk LOL, and it's just too dangerous for me to go alone. :P

Yes, we all need therapy for those red lights!  LOL :D

Sorry, I didn't see this before I posted again.

This guy (Anthony Jay Cast) went to Ave Maria in Florida and then Harvard and is now at the Mayo in Minn as a researcher.  He has lots of good videos and several on infrared and near or far red light therapy.  It's amazing and he knows good studies from bunk.

Infrared can reverse Alzheimer's!

I haven't watched him in a long time and I'll have to see what he says about Covid.
