Don't confuse Biden's stupid policies as a competent Quisling regime...it's not. The regime is worried over China, but they are too stupid to do what is necessary to resolve it. Americans are too focused on the short-term, while China plays the long-game. Just because Biden passes legislation that weakens America, doesn't mean he's not mean he's not trying to do what is possible (in his senile mind) to keep American supremacy intact.
