Cardinal Sarah Has Resigned
#1
He turned 75 last June. I'm actually surprised that it took Francis this long to accept his resignation.

I'm afraid to guess what sort of 'liturgist' will be appointed to head the CDW!

Today, the Pope accepted the resignation of my office as Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship after my seventy-fifth birthday. I am in God's hands. The only rock is Christ. We will meet again very soon in Rome and elsewhere. +RS

This is a drag.  Not a surprise, but still a drag.
My word choices are based on sound, not meaning.

Yes, that defeats the purpose of language.

Oh I'm sure it will be something that will push any sane person into Eastern Orthodoxy. Hell at this point they are making Protestantism look appealing with their nonsense.

The problem is the sanity runs very thin after half a decade or so in the Eastern Orthodox communion...

Or worse, they become an insufferable Ortho-Prot bro like Jay Dyer.

Don't think we'll see anymore appointments of Bishops who are not progressives.

We can pray that these bishops receive the grace to revert to orthodoxy.

This is why I'm glad I've lost my sanity a long time ago.  I'm not going anywhere.  I have no sanity left to lose.
