Well, what are you suing for? You don’t have to be too specific, but are you simply looking to be compensated for something that was damaged/broken? If so, I can understand taking legal action to ensure you’re indemnified. However, if it’s a lawsuit for “pain and suffering” (i.e. legal revenge), then I would definitely advise against it.
