I need 3 meat boxes
staub dutch oven tomorrow
3 lbs in water, spices, onion and mushrooms
3-4 hours at 300
will be glorious
mashed potatoes with turnip
yorkshire pudding, easy peasy
2 eggs, half c milk, half c flour
room temperature into hot pans with hot oil
430C for 25 minutes
remove roast and tent in foil
pan goes on stovetop
add corn starch in cold water mixed well
kitchen bouquet
stir for the next 10 minutes at medium
stirring is the key
add an ice cube of red wine

Sounds like Sunday dinner when I was growing up, except the turnip would be parsnip and we'd probably have cabbage as well. And Monday's supper would be bubble'n'squeak made from the leftovers.

I could perhaps do an acoustic guitar song, and then add some additional midi instruments in Garage Band.
