Any former political extremists here?

I am someone who had for dabbled in Far right Nationalism (because...DEATH to Communism) and I want to know other peoples experiences with it. I got mired in the stuff because I lost faith in conservatism and the Republican Party because of how they seemed to have backstabbed the country by making deals with the leftists. To this day, I am ABSOLUTELY a staunch Anti-Communist, and HATE compromising with Leftists. Anyone here have similar experiences with alienation with the modern body politic?

I cannot stomach what modern politics has become, and I am shock by how many bend to the government yoke. I no longer serious about politics. I still vote, but I see political systems for the most part as simply of matter of who sucks less. I used to love my country and what it stood for (America) Now...it seems foreign to me.

If I were running the show with dealing the protests, I would go full hammer on Antifa and the like. And I would do EVERYTHING possible to make China hurt, economic cyber you name it. I HATE a weak and effeminate government, one that cares not a lick for the people, and caves to the likes of Tehran and Beijing.

And no, I am not a Fed. I would not be caught dead working for the Fed. I can even give you my name.  I live in. Sometimes my experience is like a fever dream. Here is my email

I've shared it on here before, but, I was very left-leaning until around 2015-16. At that time, I was all about the Fed "legalizing" gay marriage and Socialism, Obama was the first President I voted for in 2012, and fell so low as to think I had gender dysphoria. Come 2016, I had my daughter, got married, and discovered /pol/ on 4chan and 8chan. From there I was pretty deep into the Far-Right ideology (meme/pseudo-Nazism) which morphed into Evolan/Guenonian Traditionalism and inevitably led me to traditional Catholicism today.
"The Heart of Jesus is closer to you when you suffer, than when you are full of joy." - St. Margaret Mary Alacoque

Put not your trust in princes: In the children of men, in whom there is no salvation. - Ps. 145:2-3

"For there shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine; but, according to their own desires, they will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears: And will indeed turn away their hearing from the truth, but will be turned unto fables." - 2 Timothy 4:3-4

What made you change? I was even a Nazi for a bit, because I doubted everything I learned I hated the world that much. As in, if the world said the sky was blue, I would personally check. Even in regards to the Holocaust and whether it really happened. What made me change was the fact that there were other people in the camps that were NOT just Jews in the camps, but also Catholics, gays, gypsies, political dissidents etc. And with that the whole argument about Holohoax collapses, because it centers around the Jews controlling the narrative. Needless to say after that realization, I went into Doomer phase, where I did not believe there was any hope for the future; and that ws when I found Christian forum that lead me to Him and here I am now. And you know what? i do not regret it, because it lead me to Him. There is a song by a band by a german artist named Nachmahr, called "verrater und Gott" (Traitor to God) and in the beginning a man speaks in German that every man must go through Hell to get to heaven. If I had not gone through it, I might have instead gone to college and become a brain dead LGBTABCDEFGPBBBT+ with my genitals in a vice.

That being said, some of the fascist groups DO HAVE...IMPECCABLE  taste in leather jackets. (Seriously, some of these jackets are...NICE. Although I should not want fashion, I have been told I have nice taste in clothing, because I do not want to look like a slob.

I no longer what my views on politics are. On the one hand the government is run by corrupt inept politicians. On the other hand, many in the country are lemmings. : / it is clown world as /pol/ said. The capitol hill protests really did it for me. The fact the city stood by and pandered to these miscreant as they raised havoc and killed innocent people triggers me, a lot. We are no longer tyrannical, we are merely a bad Monty Python sketch. : /

Well Talk Radio while commuting to college courses helped me become a Republican because music on the radio just plain sucks and is annoyingly repetitive. So I did the whole Republican thing.

However I probably was more of an old school early 20th century Progressive Democrat than a radical Marxist.

Yeah I never bought into Nazism and frankly I don't see how anyone could because it's entirely a pan-German volkisch movement. The American Nazis of the George Lincoln Rockwell always struck me as silly, literal cosplayers...now the skinheads today are just fat, bald, ugly pathetic people.
