Righteousness + Force in America: An Essay
#1
From the pro-Second Amendment website Ammo.com, here is a deep essay by Sam Jacobs covering the roots of so-called American "social justice warrior" ideology.

Jacobs traces it all the way back to the movement within Protestantism called Pietism. Progressivism emerged from it and it gets worse from there.

It really gets going when Woodrow Wilson assumed the Presidency and inflicted his Progressivism upon the post-World War One world.

This is a substantial essay and the link to it is below. Comments welcome, please and thank you in advance.

"The whole modern world has divided itself into Conservatives and Progressives. The business of Progressives is to go on making mistakes. The business of the Conservatives is to prevent the mistakes from being corrected." - G. K. Chesterton

The seculars steal from the Catholic faith anything they need to promote their religion. And yes, secularism is a religion of its own.

Every time the seculars steal something from the Catholic faith, their version is WAYYYYYYY inferior.

They stole confession, which is private and your sins are forgiven and replaced it with the Jerry Springer show, which is public and your sins are not forgiven.

And here we have the "righteous" political stuff described here. In Catholicism, righteousness is about SELF CONTROL, but seculars stole that and made it about CONTROLLING OTHERS.
