Whilst I may be wrong, I think the two are actually identical except for translation. They are both published under the same title in the US and the UK, Divine Worship: Daily Office. Just as the NOM is the same in the US and Canada, but two different translations of Scripture, etc.
They're different because the prayer book traditions between Anglicans and Episcopalians diverted enough that the ordinariates decided they needed separate offices. Also the printing of the North American one is kind of a nightmare. Lots of errors unfortunately. The Commonwealth addition is very nice though!  this video has some background on it.
