‘Submitting to my husband like it's 1959': Why I became a TradWife

I found my Chad Trad husband on Catholic Match. It's not perfect, and I had to kiss a few frogs before I found my prince (so to speak), but it worked, and it has worked for three of my friends too. 

The nice thing about CM is that it has good filters, so you can sort through the lukewarm Catholics and find a nice mantilla-wearing tradwife. 

My parish had no young men in it, and I had no community, so I had to resort to modern solutions.

Part of it is definitely me. I need to be able to interact with someone first in order to have any kind of meaningful conversation with them. If I don't know anything about them, I have nothing relevant to talk to them about. Due to my autism, conversation is about the exchange of information if I don't know the person. Other than a casual greeting, I wouldn't have anything relevant to say or ask to a person at church that I don't know.
