Notes:
A site visitor writes that after invoking "Regina Sacratissimi Rosarii" ("Queen of the most holy Rosary"), the people of Poland add an invocation of "Regina Regni Poloniae" ("Queen of the Polish Crown"). This addition to the Litany was approved and praised by Pope St.Pius X as a sign of Mary's Queenship over Poland. According to this source, Mary, Mother of God was crowned Queen of Poland in 1656 and again in the mid 20th century.

On June 20, 2020, Pope Francis added the following invocations to the Litany of Loreto:

Mater Misericordiae (Mother of mercy), to come after "Mater Ecclesiae"
Mater spei (Mother of hope), to come after "Mater Divinae Gratiae"
Solacium migrantium (Solace of migrants), to come after "Refugium peccatorum"
